The Great Room at The Woodlands was filled to capacity for Peter Saccio, a professor of the Dartmouth English department for 41 years.  A world-renowned expert on Shakespeare, Peter is also a resident of The Woodlands.  In anticipation of attending a production of King Lear at Northern Stage, residents gathered to hear Peter’s lecture on the play.  His dry humor and articulate elucidation made the play that much more enjoyable.

This picture depicts Peter as he appeared on stage as Henry IV.
