Woodlands Administrator & APDLifecare Interim Executive Director

Joe Xanthopoulos is the Administrator for The Woodlands and is responsible for all aspects of maintaining and operating the facility. He also has overall responsiblity for the management of APDLifecare, which includes both the Woodlands and Harvest HIll. 


Amy Thornton, RN

Harvest Hill Administrator

Amy joined Harvest Hill as the Administrator in February 2017 and is responsible for all aspects of maintaining and operating the community.  Amy interacts daily with residents and staff in the community and works closely with the administrator of the Woodlands.  Amy brings 30 years of experience in senior care 24 of those years as a nurse.  Her Most recent role was the Director of Nursing for a long term care facility.  Her passion has always been in senior services and is excited to be part of APD Lifecare.


Ericka Gray

Resident Experience Manager – Woodlands

To underscore the importance of resident services, Ericka Gray has recently accepted the position of Resident Experience Manager and like the title suggests, her focus will be overseeing the departments that directly impact the lives and services to our residents. Ericka has been in the field for 12 years and will work directly with The Woodlands administration.


Donna Cook

Harvest Hill Administrative Assistant

Donna has been at Harvest Hill for 17 years and maintains the office during the open hours of 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  She shares her wealth of knowledge of Harvest Hill while assisting with tours and marketing and is the right hand of the Administrator.  She thoroughly enjoys her interactions with our residents, and works closely with all.


Michelle Champagne, LPN

Wellness Coordinator

Michelle Champagne has been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2005 and much of her career has been spent caring for patients over the age of 65. For the last five years, Michelle worked for Wentworth Douglas Hospital in Dover, NH in the Primary Care and Internal Medicine practices. During her time at WDH, Michelle was an active member of the Policy and Standardization Committee for 3 years and participated in multiple Operational Excellence projects. Her most recent accomplishment was completing her Associate Degree in Business Administration form Southern New Hampshire University.

Michelle is a proud mother of two children. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 dogs as well as riding motorcycles in the summer and snowmobiles in the winter.
